Anthony Cesario, a former Miami Dolphin and All-American offensive guard at Colorado State, died Saturday of an apparent heart attack near Steamboat Springs, Colo., the Denver Post reported on Monday. He was 34.

Cesario, a three-year starter at CSU who had shorts stints with the Dolphins and Jacksonville Jaguars, recently had a pacemaker implanted.
