A Bulgarian man plans to have a sex change operation so that he can complete his transformation into Lady Gaga, Radaronline.com reports.

Penio Daskalov, 24, once tricked housemates on Bulgarian 'Big Brother' into thinking he was a woman. He hopes that turning himself into Lady Gaga through a full sex change and cosmetic surgery will jump-start his music career.
