This happened in Mandeville jamaica....

Reports from the Mandeville Police are that about 6:45 pm, the 47-year-old reserve soldier and the student were travelling in the soldier’s motorcar when an argument developed. It is alleged that he pulled a knife and slashed Norris' throat of, killing her on the spot. He was later picked up by lawmen at the nearby JDF training camp.
