MILLEDGEVILLE, Ga. -- A 20-year-old man was arrested after claiming to have a gun and threatening students at Georgia College and State University in Milledgeville, police said. College spokeswoman Judy Bailey said that a man claiming to have a gun was intimidating students around 4:30 a.m.
Friday. Bailey said 20-year-old Holden Ferner, of Gainesville, who is not a student at the college, was arrested around 5:30 a.m. She said Ferner faces charges of making terroristic threats and underage possession of alcohol.
No weapon was recovered.He reportedly used his cell phone to threaten three Georgia College students from the parking lot of Napier Hall and told them he had a gun.
