Eligibility	Any qualified international student who is a resident of a Caribbean county and has been admitted to an eligible program at Niagara College for September 2006 or January 2007; also providing an average of 80% is maintained in the first year up to an additional $1000 CDN will be given towards the second year's tuition fees.
